Our consultants work according to a set method. This so-called PDCA cycle is an often-used management tool.

The programme consists of a first step in which the crop planning is made. After the planning has been gone over with you, cultivation is started.
Within the cultivation process, both you and the consultant measure and monitor. At every visit, the results are compared with the planning. By means of the results, adjustments are made. Each time, adjustments are made, these are processed and the whole process starts anew.
This working method provides you the customer constantly with the opportunity to find out what your position is and what you may expect.
