Long Distance Support
GreenQ Consultancy is always available for its clients, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We developed our Long Distance Support approach to guarantee high quality for all our clients.
Long Distance Support consists of the following elements:
- Several on-site visits by a GreenQ consultant;
- Internet connection provided by GreenQ consultancy with the clients process computer;
- Weekly report and photographs sent by the client to the consultant;
- Weekly telephone and/or email consultation with a report by the consultant.
Via Long Distance Support, GreenQ Consultancy monitors and supports its clients' operational processes anywhere in the world and we check up on (almost) anything that might interrupt the process of achieving an optimal yield.
