Training

GreenQ Education provides training courses to support growers and/or investors, who are extending existing greenhouse projects or establishing new ones. These training courses are often a logical continuation of these kinds of projects on services as provided by GreenQ Projects and GreenQ Consultancy. Specific knowledge demands are defined in consultation with these growers. In order to achieve maximum performance, made-to measure training programmes, fully dedicated to clients’ needs are often developed. These mainly consist of multi-week training courses in the Improvement Centre in order to experience learning-by-doing combined with thematic vocational education and training modules.

GreenQ Education offers 3 different training concept:

• 5-week training for participants with some horticultural experience in GreenQ Improvement Centre
• 12-week training for participants with no or little horicultural experience in GreenQ Improvement Centre
• Multi-week dedicated company training, mostly at location of the client
