Learning by doing

Together with suppliers, growers, consultants and researchers, the Improvement Centre develops and tests the latest greenhouse technologies in new growing concepts. This way, growers are able to learn and GreenQ is able to implement this knowledge in practice; this to ensure that those applying new growing strategies first, do have the knowledge they need for performing in an economically sound manner.

The Improvement Centre facilities are used to teach trainees by means of a method known as 'learning by doing'; in other words, by applying everything they learn, immediately to all aspects of the growing processes and this helps prepare new growers for greenhouse projects all over the world.
